owzat-cricket.co.uk is an internet based cricket e-tail specialist, dedicated and focused to cricket 12 months of the year.
We have built our reputation on the basis of friendly expert advice, a great range, customer service and our very competitive everyday prices. owzat-cricket is run for cricketer's, by cricketer's. OK, it might be a play on words but in real terms it means that you receive expert friendly advice and customer service from cricketers and coaches who both understand and care about your cricket needs and equipment requirements.
You will find all the big names here.....and some exciting new and specialist ones including adidas, Slazenger, Gray-Nicolls, Salix, Kookaburra, New Balance, Gunn & Moore, Nike, Aero and Newbery.....plus Asics, Masuri, Puma and Chase Cricket.
We are one of the very few online cricket specialists that regularly update our range and stock holding to reflect as accurately as humanly possible current and forward availability. We do not knowingly display any products in our online store that are not available at the time of ordering, apart from those with Ex-Factory or pre-order date tags alongside the add to basket button.
Making A Purchase
Please place your order safely and securely online. Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy and click on 'Add to Basket'. You will be asked to confirm the ordered item is correct. You can check and amend your purchases at any time by clicking on 'view basket' button before completing your order. You can then continue shopping or if you are finished, click on the 'checkout' button. You will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete your order.
We accept PayPal Maestro, Delta, Visa, Solo, Electron and Mastercard securely online. We use SagePay to securely collect your card or Paypal payments in real time.
Please note that due to changes in manufacturers specifcations from time to time designs, colours and colour trims may vary slightly from those displayed online.
Shipping And Handling
Normal delivery times are between 7.30am and 6.00pm Mon - Fri local time.
Our site is fully automated to calculate your order shipping cost based on your location, size of parcel and chosen service - selectable where applicable, at the checkout.
UK mainland deliveries start at just £1.95 for small items up to a maximum of £6.00 per order for up to 25kg. Small items are sent via Royal Mail First Class Mail and larger iems via Parcelforce tracked and sign for services.
NB... please note that due to several security issues and rising delivery costs, plus receipt and customs problems experienced, we only able to accept orders FROM or ship TO the UK Mainland, Highlands and Islands of Scotland, IOW, IOM, Isles of Scilly, BFPO, Northern Ireland, Ireland, The Channel Islands, Mainland Europe, USA/Canada, South Africa, the UAE and Australasia... inc New Zealand.
Please also note that for orders placed from outside of the UK (or using non UK based cards) we are only able to ship goods to the invoice/card registered billing address.... apologies for any disappointment or inconvenience this may cause.
We acknowledge receipt of all orders e-mail within a few minutes of receipt. If not received please check that you have spelt your e-mail address correctly and that your spam filters are not sending to your deleted items.
We will process your order right away and 95% are dispatched within 24-48 hours of receipt. We will always advise you of any possible delays via e-mail. Can we ask for your patience please, during our busiest times of the year, usually from mid March to mid June inclusive and around Christmas/New Year time, when we may take a day or two longer to dispatch your order. Please try and order early for Christmas and in pre-season to avoid any undue disappointment.
UK mainland deliveries are made using Royal Mail ( 2-3 day delivery after dispatch) or Parcel Force 24 (delivered next weekday after dispatch) to help shorten our order to delivery lead times and require a signature upon delivery please.
If you are not normally at home during the day we will happily deliver to a neighbour or your place of work etc, which you can specify with your order by putting a note in the special delivery instructions box or by selecting the delivery to other than your invoice/card address option at the checkout stage..... please note for both your and our security all parcels must be signed for on delivery.
Saturday UK deliveries are available at a cost of £21.00 per order. European, USA/ Canada and Australasia orders do take a little longer, depending on your destination, but are normally delivered within 7-10 working days via Parcel Force EURO 48 or International Global Priority services..... both also signed for services.
Please note that for overseas orders we are only able to deliver to the card billing name and address.
In the event that your item(s) is temporarily out of stock we will back order it for you. You will be given the option of a similar alternative product or the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. If we forward your order in part(s) you will not be charged for any subsequent deliveries made in completing your order in full, except in the case of pre-order lines with delayed / forward availability dates, as published above the "add to basket" buttons in our online store.
For all orders placed for delivery within the UK or the European Union our prices include VAT at the prevailing rate (currently 20.0%). All orders for delivery outside of this area (and for BFPO) are VAT exempt and our site is fully automated to calculate and deduct this from your order, based on your location.

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit and charge card numbers are encrypted using the industry recognised https:// SSL (secure sockets layer) system and handled safely and securely by the world renowned SagePay payment gateway system. Your details are not held in clear text on any web site, so you can shop online with us with complete confidence and with peace of mind.
We guarantee your total satisfaction. All of our products come with a 14 day money back guarantee (extended for special dispensation over the Christmas/New Year period). This is providing that the item has not been used and is returned as new in it's original packaging and excludes any postal costs incurred, which are your responsibility.
Please note that postage costs are refundable and our responsibility only in relation to any goods that have been incorrectly dispatched by us or found to be faulty at the time of delivery to you but the value of the refund limited to a maximum of the p&p price you paid for the original delivery.

owzat-cricket do not disclose customers information to third parties, other than for those required for the fulfilment of your order. We promise to do all we can to keep your data safe and in a secure loction. Cookies (small packets of data) are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping basket once you have selected an item and to help you retain your address details on your own computer to save your time on future visits to us (but then only if you choose this option at the checkout).
We may e-mail existing customers from time to time with new product news and offers, but you will always be given the opportunity to unsubscribe to prevent receiving unwanted e-mail. We promise not to sell or divulge your information to any direct mail or other mailing list companies.Data collected by this site is used to:
a. Take and fulfill customer orders

c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes
We offer a very fair returns policy should your goods not be the correct size or colour. We offer either an exchange of goods or a total refund, providing that the goods have not been used, are returned in their original packaging and that you meet the cost of any additional postage incurred in completing the return and if applicable any exchange. We suggest for your own security that you use the trackable Recorded Delivery service for any goods that you return to us and use the Goods Return note enclosed with your order.
