Dispatch Lead Times
We acknowledge receipt of all orders via automated e-mail within a few minutes of receipt. 95% of all orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours of receipt (excluding weekends). Please be aware though that any orders containing pre-order or ex-factory items will be dispatched when all items are ready to send, unless you request otherwise.
We will advise you of any possible delays. Can we ask for your patience please, during our busiest times of the year, usually from mid March to mid June inclusive and around Christmas/New Year time, when we may possibly take a day or two more to dispatch your order. Please try and order early for Christmas and in pre-season to avoid any undue delays or disappointment.
If you choose the free Collect from Store option (South Normanton store only) we will contact you as soon as your order is ready to pick up.
If your order is very urgent we will always do all we can to pull it forward for you. Please e-mail us or put a note in the special delivery instructions box at the checkout when you need the order by. If you are not normally at home during the day we will happily deliver to a neighbour or your place of work etc, which you can specify with your order by putting a note in the special delivery instructions box or by selecting the delivery to other than your invoice/card address option at the checkout stage. (UK orders only) Saturday UK deliveries are available at a cost of £21.00 per order. European, USA/ Canada and Australasia orders do take a little longer, depending on your destination, but are normally delivered within 7-10 working days via Parcel Force EURO 48 or Parcelforce Global service ..... both are tracked and insured signed for services.
