We are one of the very few online cricket specialists that regularly update our range and stock holding to reflect as accurately as humanly possible current and forward availability. We do not knowingly display any products in our online store that are not available at the time of ordering, apart from those with pre-order date tags alongside the add to basket button.
We accept Maestro, Delta, Visa, Solo, Electron and Mastercard securely online. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship and so as we do not take any payments in real time, if you are asked for information not on your card e.g a start date or issue No then please complete with "0"s to allow the screen to complete.
Any back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may if you prefer, send your credit card information separately via fax or by mail by selecting this option at the checkout.
Please note that due to changes in manufacturers specifcations from time to time designs, colours and colour trims may vary slightly from those displayed online.
For orders outside of the above zones we will always advise you of any additional shipping costs, depending on your destination and carrier to be used, before we process your order or collect any payment. Please be assured that we do not charge your card in "real time" but only when your order is dispatched.
NB... please note that due to several security issues and rising delivery costs, plus receipt and customs problems experienced, we only able to accept orders from and ship to the UK Mainland, Highlands and Islands of Scotland, IOW, IOM, Isles of Scilly, BFPO, Northern Ireland, Ireland, The Channel Islands, Mainland Europe, USA/Canada and Australasia.
Please also note that for orders placed from outside of the UK we are only able to ship goods to the invoice/card registered address.... apologies for any disappointment or inconvenience this causes.
We aim to dispatch orders within 4-5 working days of receipt (exc Sat - Sun & Bank Holidays). We will always advise you of any possible further delays when acknowledging receipt of your order. Can we ask for your patience please, during our busiest times of the year, usually from mid January to July inclusive and around Christmas/New Year time, when we may take between 10-14 working days to dispatch your order .... please try and order early for Christmas and in pre-season to avoid any undue disappointment.
UK mainland deliveries are made using Parcel Force 24 (delivered next weekday after dispatch) Service to help shorten our order to delivery lead times and require a signature upon delivery please. We use Parcel Force 48 - Two day service to all other UK zones.
If you are not normally at home during the day we will happily deliver to a neighbour or your place of work etc, which you can specify with your order by putting a note in the special delivery instructions box or by selecting the delivery to other than your invoice/card address option at the checkout stage..... please note for both your and our security all parcels must be signed for on delivery.
Saturday UK deliveries are available at a cost of £21.00 per order. European, USA/ Canada and Australasia orders do take a little longer, depending on your destination, but are normally delivered within 7-10 working days via Parcel Force EURO 48 or International Scheduled Air Mail ..... both also signed for services.
Please note that for overseas orders we are only able to deliver to the card billing name and address.
