Please note that we only charge your card on the day of despatch of your order, not a day before. We believe this to be the fairest method of trading with you and in no way affects your statutory rights to cancel your order at any stage before delivery. All orders are confirmed via personal e-mail within 12 hours of receipt (not auto response mail) as we prefer the personal touch - we hope that you do too!.

UK mainland deliveries are charged at just £5.00 per order. For Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Islands and Highlands of Scotland we charge £8.50 per order.

European and Worldwide deliveries are charged at cost and will be advised via return e-mail upon receipt of your order. Some examples are set out below this paragraph

We aim to despatch orders within 48 hours of receipt, but at our busiest times, usually from February to June this is not always possible and may take up to 7 days. We will always notify you of any possible delays when confirming receipt of your order and give you our best estimate of your despatch date.

Our UK deliveries are made using Parcel Force 24 Hour Next Working Day (weekday) service to ensure that your order arrives as quickly as possible after despatch. Saturday deliveries are available, but unfortunately  are more expensive at £15.00 per order for Mainland UK and £18.50 for Northern Ireland etc. However we believe these to be excellent rates for the level of service provided, services which many companies charge much  more for.

You can if you prefer, choose to have your order delivered to neighbours or family or your place of work if this is more convenient for you. Simply check the  box for  this option when ordering online. Please note that our UK service requires a signature on delivery as all orders are tracked with their own unique reference number.

Some examples of cost indications for non UK deliveries made by Parcel Force International Standard Air Delivery, which is a 4 to 6 working day service from day of despatch, are shown opposite.....

A special note for overseas customers  - A very warm welcome to owzat-cricket. In our first three years of trading we have met many new friends from all over the world and have been amazed by some of the locations we have linked up with..... New York, Manilla, Tokyo, to name just three of the more suprising ones.

We will always endeavour to ship overseas orders promptly and will always notify you by return e-mail of any VAT exemptions and any additional shipping charges, depending on your preferred carrier (if specified) for your particular destination.

We will never debit your card until we have agreed a final total cost with you. Please be assured of our best attention at all times and enjoy ordering online safely and securely.

If you would prefer to use courier services such as Fed Ex for example please indicate this within the Special Delivery Instructions box with your order and we will e-mail you with a revised shipping cost before processing your order.

PS - we have experienced one or two problems with cricket shoe sizes with some of our overseas customers. Please note that all shoe sizes in our cricket catalogue are quoted as UK sizes, so remember to convert your local size to UK before placing your orders from overseas locations.
